We are a Czech–English preschool that has been running in Kolín since 2009. We keep the number of children low enough for the teachers to give each child real individual attention.

We have the time and space to work with each child individually – after all, we spend a lot of the day together.

Our graduates settle into primary school with ease. Beyond school readiness we equip them with conflict resolution, friendships, respect for others and the confidence to speak up.

Our experienced English teacher speaks only English with the children. They quickly pick up not just the language but a wider way of thinking.

The Kuliferda method
For school readiness we use the popular Kuliferda workbooks. You can look into the workbook any time and practise at home during illness or holidays.
One big family
We behave like a big family. We take an interest in your background just as we show you how the preschool runs.
The preschool is entered in the MŠMT school register and is inspected by the Czech School Inspectorate, the regional hygiene authority and other supervisory bodies.

Our programmes
Choose the number of days per week. We invoice monthly; meals are charged for the lunches actually attended.
Full day
7:30 – 17:30Half day
7:30 – 13:00Prices do not include meals at 98 Kč per day, which covers breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and, when needed, a second afternoon snack.
Payment
At the start of each month we send you an invoice for the chosen programme and for last month's meals. Meals are invoiced for the lunches actually attended – please let us know about absences in time.
Illness and make-up days
Missed days can be made up in the same or the following month. On the 4- and 5-day programmes, where there is no room for make-up days, we credit 30 % of the price of the missed days against the next month.

Does my child need to speak English?
No. Our English teacher speaks only English with the children and they pick up the language naturally during the ordinary day.
What if my child is ill?
Missed days can be made up in the same or the following month. On the 4- and 5-day programmes we credit 30 % of the price of the missed days against the next month.
